Join the CUPHAT Team in Killanne from 6:30pm to 8:30pm to learn more about the area’s natural, built, and cultural heritage. The event will start with a BioBlitz at St Anne’s Historic Graveyard at 6:30 pm, followed by local history talks and refreshments at Rackard’s of Killanne at 7:30 pm.
The talks will present the findings of a new geophysics survey of the churchyard and surrounding area and showcase digital images and story maps that will be used to tell the story of Killanne’s more recent history.
This will also be an opportunity for the local community to see how the area’s living heritage will be communicated to potential visitors to the area.
